Returns

At Libaasy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our website or email. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including instructions for securely packaging your items.

Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of returning items may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact our support team immediately with details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure that the replacement is sent as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including gift cards, sale or clearance items, and products that have been altered or worn. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
